The Vintage Villas near Lake Travis is a gorgeous sight with the water reflecting the sun and the lush greenery. I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot Peter’s and Courtney’s wedding at Vintage Villas at Lake Travis. Having done numerous shoots with Indian community, I was always known as Indian Wedding Photographer in Austin but I have immense love for capturing different tradition and cultures.

Everything about it was a dream: the joy in everyone’s faces, the moments filled with emotion, the beautiful scenery, and the gorgeous couple. They complemented each other perfectly. Peter was more down to Earth whereas Courtney was lighthearted and cheerful. Together they made an incredible team.

Peter and Courtney hadn’t seen each other until the ceremony started at sunset, and Peter’s priceless reaction as his soon to be wife walked towards him was a beautiful sight. That moment was gorgeous. The music. The love. The smiles. The soft eyes reflecting golden light.

Kudos to Ace’s High Productions for the lovely sound, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking. They made everyone dance, including me. I’ve always loved weddings, and this wedding reminded me how much I loved shooting weddings. Congratulations to Peter and Courtney for making a dream wedding a reality.

From here, you can continue on to a cocktail hour on the patio near the old oak tree before heading into the event center. This room has dark wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings, offering a blank canvas that you can transform into your dream venue.

The Travis Room & Event Center

The gazebo and event center can accommodate up to 299 guests. The arbor, meanwhile, offers a covered space for outdoor ceremonies. With its lakeside views, it has a stunning backdrop for your milestone. Weddings at the arbor can continue in the Travis Room, which welcomes up to 70 guests for a more intimate celebration.

The Travis Room is filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the romantic chandeliers add a touch of luxury. The in-house chef creates custom menus, so you can tailor your meal to suit your budget and personal tastes. The hotel’s staff is on hand to help you every step of the way, whatever you might need. This can include taking care of setting up space. Tables, chairs, linens, and place settings are all provided by the venue. This property also features a 44-room hotel, offering a peaceful night’s rest after a busy day full of festivities.
